Bill has focused his attention to providing knowledge for the knowledge economy. "Knowledge is one of the last truly American commodities. To that end, it is our responsibility to promote education and defeat obsolescence wherever it exists. The world economy has lost millions of jobs over the past years because people forgot that learning is about 'Know What' and 'Know How'. With all the focus on 'know how', obsolescence quickly reared its ugly head when people forgot the 'know what.'"
